US FDA Registrations

Every domestic and foreign food facility engaged in the manufacturing, processing, packing, or holding of foods for consumption in the US is required to register with the FDA and renew this registration every even-numbered year.
Foreign facilities must also designate a US Agent for FDA Communications.

FDA REGISTRATION

FDA Food Facility Registration

Every domestic and foreign food facility engaged in the manufacturing, processing, packing, or holding of foods for consumption in the US must register with the FDA. FDA US Agent

FDA Food Facility Registration Renewal

The FDA biennial registration renewal period is open until December 31st, 2020. If a facility fails to renew its registration, the FDA will consider that registration expired and cancel it. Do not miss this deadline!
